I always liked to do this. Basically a way to take the control out of your hands and listen to as much of your library as possible. All you have to do is open up your media player, put it on shuffle, and hit play. Maybe to make it a bit more interesting, write something cool you took out of the playlist. I'll start.
1. Widespread Panic - "Get Up Early In The Morning" - 1993-11-11-Roxy Theatre - Atlanta, GA
2. Rufus Wainwright - "Leaving For Paris No. 2" - Release The Stars
3. Yo Mama's Big Fat Booty Band - "Natural Art" - 2007-05-12 - Ziggy's - Winston Salem, NC
4. Ice-T - "Prepared To Die" - O.G. Original Gangster
5. Aesop Rock - "Keep Off The Lawn" - None Shall Pass
6. Marina & The Diamonds - "Obsessions" - The Family Jewels
7. Bob Dylan - "House Of The Risin' Sun" - Bob Dylan
8. Placebo - "Peeping Tom" - Black Market Music
9. Minutemen - "Colors" - What Makes A Man Start Fires?
10. Public Image Limited - "Attack" - First Issue
11. Lotus - "Did Fatt" - 2006-02-17 - Mr. Smalls Theatre - Pittsburgh, PA
12. New Order - "World" - Republic
13. Hype Williams - "Jah" - One Nation
14. Herbie Hancock - "One Finger Snap" - Empyrean Isles
15. Broadcast - "Until Then" - The Noise Made By People
16. Pantha Du Prince - "Steiner Im Flug" - This Bliss
17. Pretty Lights - "An Empty Station" - Taking Up Your Precious Time
18. Shackleton - "Visontele" - Fabric 55: Shackleton
19. Lighting Bolt - "Assassins" - Wonderful Rainbow
20. Dr. Dog - "The Breeze" - Fate
The Ice-T > Aesop Rock was pretty seamless and awesome. "Prepared To Die" is a short a capella freestyle(?) that builds and builds until the Aesop hits.
I'm pretty sure half of these 20 is music recommended to me by Inforooers. I loved the Minutemen > PIL.
That was my first time hearing Shackleton, and I guess that track was some sort of interlude but it sounded really interesting. I definitely need to check that out.
Lastly, it is way too late for Lighting Bolt, but Dr. Dog was there for the finale.
